   The Publisher ships via USPS individual book rate plus handling for up to three (3) books. When purchasing four (4) or more books per order, shipping will be determined by the lowest cost method available plus handling charges. Allow fourteen (14) days or ten (10) business days to receive your order. The Trilogy book sets are not yet available for shipping.

   A customer may request a refund of the full purchase price of any book, no return required, within 45 days of purchasing a single book. This refund is limited to one book per customer or organization and may be revoked if abuse or fraud is suspected.  Simply click on message us located in the footer and state that you are requesting a book refund. An email with a refund questionnaire (below) will be sent for you to complete and return.

• Name of person who made the purchase

• Email address

• Date of purchase

• Total amount of purchase

• Purchase order number

• Last four digits of credit card used

• Credit card expiration date

• A brief statement as to why you are requesting a full refund.  Structure the statement in such a way which will aid the Publisher in making future corrections. 

You will receive an email acknowledgment indicating date and amount of the credit which was issued to your payment account.
